The Contacts file contains contact information about Owners, Breeders, Handlers and Judges.
A contact may be an Owner, Breeder and/or Handler or just an Owner or Judge. Nevertheless there is just one record regardless of how many categories the Contact falls into.
If the Contact is an Owner it is very important that the record displays their current email address as much of the automated communication between FTMS and the Owner will take place by email.
For example, the outcome of a Draw is emailed to the Owner’s email address.
Remember that FTMS does not have any form of central administration; so if your contact details change you will need to ensure that your record is updated.
