How to enter a Trial

1.Login to FTMS.

2.From the Main Menu select Clubs and Societies.

3.Select the ‘Trials’ link for the Club whose Trial you wish to enter.

4.The number on the Trials link (i.e. Trials(3)) indicates the number of Trials on FTMS for that Club.

5.Scroll down (if necessary) to the Schedule you are interested in.

6.At the top of the Schedule, select ‘Trial Enter Details

7.You will see listed entries that have already been made.

8.If you are the first to enter, you will not see any entries. Click on ‘Click Here to Enter this Trial.'

9.Complete the on-line entry form. If the Club is collecting Admin fees on-line, once you have completed this form you will be transferred to Paypal for settlement.

If you have correctly set up your Dog (and its Qualifications) the fields in gray will be completed for you.

11. Qualifications.

a)In order to enter an Open Stake, your Dog will require appropriate qualifications - which will need to be on FTMS.

b)If the Dog has only one Qualification on FTMS, this will be displayed.

c)If your Dog has more than one Qualification on FTMS. click the Select link and select which Qualification you would like to submit.

 

FTMS will run an automatic check on the Qualifications and reject the Entry if the requirements of the Trial are not met.

 

Check the box that you accept the KC Regulations.

Click the box ‘Enter this Trial.

 

How do I know if my entry has been successful?

a.You will see your entry listed at the top of the list.

b.You will receive an email confirming your entry.

 

I want to amend/withdraw my entry – how do I do it?

Users do not have the necessary permissions to amend/remove an entry.

You will need to contact the appropriate FT Secretary who can do it for you.
