This section describes how to pay an Admin and Entry fee for a Trial.

 

Overview

A Club may or may not charge an Admin fee.

 

A Club also will charge Entry fees to those offered a run.

 

At the discretion of the Club, Entry Fees will be paid either on-line or Pay-on-the-Day.

 

FTMS is programmed to know what the Club’s policy is.

 

1. If a Club does not charge an Admin fee, FTMS will not present you with a Payment screen after completing your entry.

2. If a Club does make a charge, FTMS will pass you to a payment screen for onward transmission to Paypal after completing your entry.

3. If the Club is collecting Entry fees on line, and you are offered a run, you will need to go to the Trial Card to make your payment.

There you will see a link ‘Pay Entry fee-click here.’

4. If a Club has a Pay-on-the-Day policy, you will not see that link.

 

Q. What happens if I don’t pay the Admin fee with my entry?

A. Go to Trial Enter Details and, for your entry, click on ‘Admin Fee pay.’

 

Q. How do I pay an Entry Fee?

A. Go to Trial Card and click on ‘Pay Entry fee-click here.’

 

Q. How do I know if a Club is charging an Admin fee?

A. FTMS will pass you on to a payment screen after completing your entry.

 

Q. How do I know if a Club is collecting Entry Fees on-line?

A. You will see the Payment link on the Trial Card against your entry.
