Where Test fees are collected on-line by FTMS, a Club may claim its funds at any time.
For practical purposes full settlement will normally be made once the event is over.
In order to receive settlement, a Club must make a request by email to admin@fieldtrial.info, with the following information:
Name of Club
Date of Event
Gross amount claimed
Bank Name
Bank Sort code
Bank account number
Bank account name
The Club will be paid a gross sum less Transaction charges.
A Club Treasurer may at any time up to and after the event view the fees collected by selecting the Receipts link for the Test in question:
