Where Trial fees are collected on-line by FTMS, a Club may claim its funds at any time.
For practical purposes full settlement will normally be made once the event is over.
In order to receive settlement, a Club must make a request by email to admin@fieldtrial.info, with the following information:
1.Name of Club
2.Date of Event
3.Gross amount claimed
4.Bank Name
5.Bank Sort code
6.Bank account number
7.Bank account name
The Club will be paid a total sum less Bank Transaction charges.
A Club Treasurer may at any time up to and after the event view the fees collected by selecting the Receipts link for the Trial in question:
A Trial or Test should not be archived until full settlement has been made.
